

Terms of Service
The Terms of Service is a legal agreement between a service-provider and the person who wants to use that service. The person or client must agree to abide by the Terms of Service in order to use the offered service. This is the Terms of Service for all potential clients or current clients regarding services received from me, Nikky (Eunoia Sessions). This Terms of Service document includes my Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Rules, Disclaimers, etc. Please read it in its entirety. If you have any questions after reading this document, I would be happy to answer them. However, once I receive an email stating that you agree and wish to move forward with the service, I will take that as a written consent/agreement to the following terms, and you are hereby notified forthwith.
Use of this service constitutes your understanding, agreement, and acceptance of the following Terms of Service.
By agreeing to the following terms, you are certifying that you are mentally stable and of sound mind, and that you have fully read, agreed to, and understand the Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimer:
QHHT and BQH sessions are not a substitute for professional healthcare that an individual may need or may be receiving. I do not claim to be a medical professional or mental health professional, nor do I claim to diagnose or cure any condition. I do not give medical advice or medical treatment.
This service is not intended to replace any medical care or treatment, nor override any medical diagnosis. Please consult a healthcare professional if you have, or are currently suffering from, any severe physical or psychological ailment.
By booking this service, the client certifies that they are currently mental stable and do not have or suffer from Schizophrenia, Dissociative Identity Disorder, Suicidal Ideation, severe Bipolar disorder/depression, Manic episodes, trouble separating fantasy and reality in their regular day-to-day life, or any other severe mental illness, instability, or extreme trauma/trauma responses that could be triggered by a hypnosis session. The client certifies that they are physically and mentally stable enough to undergo this service and any possible results.
Payment:
All payments are submitted online through my business website.
All sessions require full payment prior, which is due no later than 3 days before the service.
Once I decide to take you on as a client for this service, you will receive an email with a payment link so that you can submit your payment online through the website.
Refunds & Cancellations:
Fees charged are for the delivery of the service, which is inclusive of Consultation, Pre/Post-Session Interviews, and the Session itself. While I undertake to provide an ethical, productive, and successful service, there are many factors that affect if and how an individual will receive benefits from the service. I cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer full refunds if the outcome achieved fails to meet your expectations. Fees charged are for services rendered, and are not results-oriented.

If you are unable to attend, please try to let me know at least 8 hours in advance if possible. Upon notifying me, you will receive a full refund and can either cancel or re-schedule your session. Only two cancellations are allowed before services will no longer be available, indefinitely.
If you only receive part of the service and have to cease the session due to unforeseen circumstances, we can either reschedule, or a partial refund may be offered based on the individual circumstances and conditions and how much of the service has been rendered.
If the client is not receptive or in the proper headspace or mental state, or if a sudden emergency has come up, the session can be canceled and/or rescheduled, and a partial refund may be given depending on the circumstance and how much of the service has been rendered.
If you receive the full service, no refunds are allowed.
As a practitioner, I have the right to cease a session or Interview at any time if it is clear that the Terms of Service and Preparation Tips have not been adhered to by the client, or if communication becomes too difficult. If a session has to be ended due to the aforementioned, or the client not respecting or adhering to the aforementioned Terms and Preparation Tips set forth, then they may receive only a partial refund based on the individual circumstance and situation and how much of the service has been rendered.
If at any point during the session process, the session is interrupted three or more times, or cannot proceed due to the client not adhering to the Terms of Service, then I—the practitioner— have the right to cancel the session. From there, we can either reschedule or discuss a full or partial refund.
This applies to both in-person QHHT/BQH sessions, as well as online BQH sessions.
Preparation Tips:
The following Preparation Tips must be adhered to:
1) The client must show up to the service on time and no later than 30 min. If the client is going to be late, they must contact me and let me know. Any more than one hour late will result in the service being canceled and/or having to be rescheduled.
2) Only the client and practitioner are allowed to be present for the session. The client is not allowed to bring anyone, have anyone wait inside or outside, nor have someone pick them up unexpectedly or in advance. No pets, children, spouses, or otherwise. No exceptions.
3) The client must set aside at least 7 hours for sessions, as sessions may go on much longer than the client anticipates. It is highly recommended the client sets aside the rest of the day, or at least the following couple hours after the session, to allow themselves to ground, integrate, and digest the experience. If a client has to leave mid-session because they didn't allocate their time properly or make proper accommodations/arrangements, no refunds will be given. Please account for plenty of time for the session, pre/post interviews, etc.
4) The client must refrain from any drugs, alcohol, or substances the night before, or the day of, that would cause inebriation or intoxication, as this can affect the session. The client may still take their usual prescribed medications.
5) The client must show up to the session sober, clear-headed, and ready to start the service. If the client is intoxicated, ill, unwell, distracted, unreceptive, or in a highly emotional state, the session will be canceled and/or re-scheduled. A partial refund may be given depending on the individual circumstances.
6) The client must refrain from coffee or large amounts of caffeine in the few hours right before the session, as this can affect the session and ability to get into the proper brainwave state. However, if you are a regular coffee-drinker, you can still have your morning beverage.
7) All electronic communication devices that could possibly disrupt the session with noise or notification alerts such as: phones, Alexa, tablets, computers, etc. must be turned off and phones must be put on Airplane mode.
For online BQH sessions: In addition to the aforementioned Terms of Service and Preparation Tips, which must be adhered to, the client must have all of the proper equipment and setup prepared to be able to receive the service without issues. The necessary equipment and setup are stated in the downloadable PDF received upon payment for the session on the website. The client must read this PDF thoroughly in advance to allow for enough time to order headphones (if need be) or any other necessary equipment/supplies, and client needs to have tested all equipment and setup to ensure it works, prior to the session.
I reserve the right to cancel the Pre-Interview or Session process at any time if I feel a client has omitted, or been untruthful, in having met the necessary requirements and Terms of Service or if the client has breached the Terms of Service.
Privacy Policy:
I will never sell your personal information, nor share your identifying details to a third party without your consent and permission. I promise that I will maintain confidentiality and treat your personal information with the same care and respect that I would treat my own. Any general information shared during discussion, education, social media, publications, etc. are only done so in a way that preserves anonymity and doesn't share any identifying details. Any Audio/Video Clips or Video Montages are done with the client's permission and approval beforehand.
Please note that information over the internet is never 100% secure. I do not have control over what any third parties intercepting our communications could do with electronically transmitted personal information, nor am I responsible or liable for your experiences with any third party sites, apps, or service-providers such as, but not limited to: our email providers, Wifi providers/networks, website, electronic payment services, social media apps, Cloud/online storage providers, etc. Therefore, no warranties are made with regard to the security of any communications or information sent to me via e-mail or any third-party apps, services, or messenger services. By communicating with me via e-mail or other third-party service providers, you are acknowledging and agreeing to all of the Terms of Service.
By booking this service, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service, which includes the Refund/Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability:
The client is fully responsible for making decisions regarding their own health and wellbeing.
I, Nikky (Eunoia Sessions), will not be held liable for any loss, damage, negligence, personal injury, cost, expense (including legal fees) or liability of any kind arising out of, or connected with, your receiving of this service. I, and Eunoia Sessions, are not liable for any negative results or expenses arising from negligent acts, omission of pre-existing medical conditions, or your breech of these Terms of Service. You should make your own inquiries with the appropriate professionals before deciding if a QHHT or BQH session is right for you.
By booking this service, you are asserting that you are mentally stable and of sound mind, that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are currently not pregnant, and that you have fully read, understand, and accept all of the Terms of Service.
